Palouse to Cascades Trail Abandoned Rail Pull-Off Camp

The Setup: A dispersed campsite located about a quarter mile off the main road near the historic rail corridor of the Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail (former railroad grade). The site sits adjacent to the old rail path in a quiet, lightly used area.

Amenities: No facilities or services.

The Highlights: Nearly level campsite with a peaceful, historic rail-trail atmosphere. Quiet surroundings and easy access to long walking or biking stretches along the former railroad corridor. Good sense of openness while still being partially tucked into the landscape.

Connectivity: Not specified.

Access Notes: Short off-road approach from the main road, generally manageable for most vehicles in dry conditions. The site is close enough for easy access but far enough to feel secluded.
