The Setup: Mixed-use dispersed site near an old quarry about 5 miles off Highway 101. Small hilltop meadow provides a quiet and level place to park for an overnight stay.

Amenities: Primitive site with no facilities. Evidence of frequent target shooting, including litter and abandoned targets throughout parts of the area.

The Highlights: Despite the quarry setting, the opposite side opens to beautiful forest views and the sound of nearby Boulder Creek. Quiet and peaceful overnight atmosphere with convenient access to Olympic National Park beaches within about 45 minutes.
