Forest Logging Road Pull-Off with Fire Pit and Mixed Conditions

The Setup: Medium pull-off at the end of a short, pothole-filled National Forest logging road. Space for 4–5 vans parked straight in, or 1–2 smaller RVs. Tight turnaround—nothing over ~30 ft is recommended, and trailers are strongly discouraged.

Amenities: Basic dispersed site with an established fire pit. No facilities. The road ahead is gated, and the spur toward the creek is overgrown, muddy, and only suitable as a rough 2-track.

The Highlights: Quiet forest setting with visible sky openings and limited sun exposure. Good cell signal for the area. Frequent banana slug sightings. However, the site shows heavy impact from target shooting (trash, glass, shells, clay pigeons).

Connectivity:

Good cell signal (carrier not specified)
