Aspen Grove Dispersed Campsites (Gravel Road Access)

The Setup: Scenic dispersed camping area reached via a good gravel road with switchbacks and some steeper sections. Campsites are scattered through a large aspen grove filled with wildflowers in early summer.

The Highlights: Beautiful alpine-style setting with dense aspen trees and seasonal wildflower displays. Natural wind protection from the grove helps buffer otherwise strong conditions, making it more comfortable than exposed nearby areas. Quiet, scenic, and strongly “leave no trace” oriented.
